Personal Program Coaching
Individual Programs Designed to Meet Your Goals
Individual Program Coaching is a custom workout program developed to reach your individual goals. There are three levels of Program Coaching available.

Green Level: $50/week
Receive a weekly email with a custom workout outline for you to follow including instructions and tips.

Blue Level: $60/week
Receive a weekly email with a custom workout outline for you to follow including instructions and tips. Also included in a 15 minute check-in call.

Black Level: $75/week
Receive a weekly email with a custom workout outline for you to follow including instructions and tips. The Black Level includes video calls once a week as well as video instruction.
Machete's Fitness Challenge
Take the Challenge to an all new you!
Join me on a monthly fitness and wellness challenge. Each week you will receive workouts and tips. Complete the challenge at home, in the gym or anywhere you can. The workouts will follow strength and cardio work. Included with your subscription will be demonstration videos, and tracking sheets.
